The farm is plant-growing and is located on the lands of the villages of Muselievo and Cherkovitsa, Nikopol municipality, Pleven district. The farmer cultivates 150,926 decares of agricultural land, in real terms. For 34,700 decares there are legal grounds for more than five years. The remaining 116,226 decares are managed under a one-year lease agreement, 8,600 decares of wheat, 4,000 decares of alfalfa and 4,800 almonds have been planted in 2020. 9,800 decares of corn for grain and 7,500 decares of alfalfa are to be planted. 116,226 decares of pastures and meadows are managed in the land of the village of Muselievo.The farmer owns Tractor Kubota 32 hp, which performs a small part of the activities for growing crops.External mechanized services are used. events also use external services.
Mr. Florev complies with the conditions for maintaining the land in good agricultural and environmental condition (GAEC). The cultivated area is registered annually in the IACS. The production will be sold in bulk - directly from the farm, to resellers. The expected average price for wheat is BGN 0.45 / kg, for corn for grain BGN 0.47 / kg. and for alfalfa BGN 0.40 / kg. During the current marketing year, no hay will be sold from the pastures, and the almonds are not yet in full fruition - economically significant production will be in sight in 2024.
The farmer meets the requirements for application under sub-measure 6.3 "Start-up aid for the development of small farms" of measure 6 "Development of farms and enterprises" of the RDP 2014-2020.
