The farm is located on the land of the village of Polska Skakavitsa, Kyustendil municipality, Kyustendil district. It is developing in the "Crop" sector. In the current economic year 2021/2022 it grows 14,963 decares of cherries. Increasing the economic size of the farm by at least 2,000 euros measured in standard production volume will be achieved by renting or buying 4,000 decares of finished plum orchard. The improvement of the mechanization of the farm will be achieved through the purchase and use of a fan sprayer.
