Diyan Dimitrov's farm is a livestock farm and is located on the land of the village of Lozitsa, Nikopol municipality, Pleven district. He raises 32 sheep-dairy and 45 sheep-others. The animals are kept in an outbuilding with a total built-up area of 220 sq. m. located on its own property with a total area of 1865 sq. m., which is fully used for the activity.The milk is delivered to dairy enterprises.The purchase price is BGN 1.35 / l. 220 l Lambs are sold at a price of BGN 6.00 per kg of live weight, mainly from the farm, cereals such as barley, wheat, corn and additives are purchased for animal feed, and roughage is also purchased.
The area around the farm offers excellent conditions for growing DRD, in the immediate vicinity there are natural meadows in good condition. The livestock farm is registered in the RFSD - Pleven, under number 5954-0014. There is a disinfection site at the entrance. The farmer has a contract with a veterinarian for the provision of veterinary services. Good conditions have been created for raising animals. The technology of cultivation is extensive. Watering takes place in specially adapted drinking bowls with constantly flowing water provided by the water supply network. Fertilizer cleaning is mechanized. There is a room for storing milk and milking equipment, with a refrigerator.
