The applicant's farm is located on the land of Samuilovo and Arnautito villages, Stara Zagora municipality, Stara Zagora district, where vegetables are grown - open tomatoes. The total area under cultivation is 9,602 decares. All used agricultural properties are legally grounded for a six-year lease, notarized and registered at the Registry Agency of Stara Zagora. Cultivated crops are registered in IACS. The farmer does not have his own agricultural machinery and uses external mechanized services for agricultural activities. During the current marketing year 2018/2019, the farm grows tomatoes with an open production of an area of 9,602 acres. All necessary plant protection measures for pest control are carried out in the plantation. There are no employees on the farm for the implementation of the activity at the time of application and it is not planned to hire them for the period of implementation of the business plan. The economic size of the holding at the time of application is EUR 7923.81 standard production volume (SPO).
