The purchase of the necessary agricultural machinery described in this project proposal will increase labour productivity on the holding, the competitiveness of the agricultural product produced and its rational use will lead to higher production efficiency. The type and power of the agricultural equipment planned for purchase is fully consistent with the cultivated agricultural crop, the characteristics of the area, the type of soil and the necessary agrotechnical events for the cultivation of berry fruit species - raspberries and harvesting. The applicant's project proposal relates to the purchase of a tractor for the needs of the holding. The characteristics of the tractor are fully tailored to the type of farmed agricultural crop - raspberries and with the managed area - 39.555 decas. The value of the tractor is BGN 106 800.00. vat. Since the applicant is not registered under the VAT Act, the amount of the investment applied for is the price with VAT. This investment will develop and modernise the physical capital of the holding and improve working conditions. The activity of the applicant and the planned investment are fully focused in the sector "Plant production". The realization of the project will be carried out with its own funds.
