The project is aimed at technological modernization of the farm of the agricultural producer "Eco Agro" AD by optimizing the production processes aimed at the production of fruit juices - apples, pears and cherries, which will be realized in packs of type "bag in box" of 2, 3, 5 and 10 l. Over the years, Eco Agro JSC has established itself as a reliable manufacturer of high quality manufactured and marketed products. The fruit juice market is characterized by the demand for high quality fresh fruit juices, which causes producers to invest in new capacities and better production processes. The company understands that it is impossible to maintain competitive production results without investing in technological equipment that can respond to consumer sentiment for improved quality and growth of the quantities demanded.
The project proposal aims to modernize the production process by purchasing a production line, whose beneficial effect will, on the one hand, result in the assurance of first-rate quality and, on the other, in an increase in the quantity of production produced as a result of much higher processing than the size of the production. In other words, the investment intent is to increase the competitiveness of the company through optimization and restructuring, relying on lower costs for consumables and materials, high production capacity, limitation of marriage, increase in the yield of raw materials used, higher productivity and higher quality.
The project investment includes:
1. Delivery of 1 pc. production line for direct juices / apples, pears and cherries / with a processing capacity of 700 kg / h.
The investment will enable competitive market positions to be realized and strengthened, and hence a higher financial result.

Внедряване на нови и/или модернизиране на наличните мощности и подобряване на използването им и подобряване на енергийната ефективност в предприятията.: С изпълнение на дейността се цели закупуване на технологично оборудване с цел да се модернизират производствените процеси, в резултат на което да се подобрят конкерунтоспособността на кандидата и условията на труд. Дейността е насочена към инвестиция водеща до повишаване на количеството и качеството на произвежданите и предлаганите на пазара плодови сокове /ябълки, круши и череши/. За реализацията на проекта се предвижда закупуване на следното технологично оборудване:
1. Линия за производство на директни сокове - 1 бр.
Новозакупената линия за производство на директни /плодови/ сокове, ще даде възможност на кандидата да повиши производствения си капацитет, да осигури по-добри условия на труд, да намали суровинния брак и оттук да затвърди конкурентните си пазарни позиции и да повиши финансовите си резултати.
Във връзка с изпълнението на основната дейност по проекта е възложено изготвяне на доклад и резюме от обследване за енергийна ефективност на промишлената система. В следствие на енергийното обследване ще се идентифицират енергоспестяващите мерки с оглед по-нататъшното им прилагане за понижаване консумацията на енергоносителите за цялото стопанство. В проекта се предвиждат и разходи за консултански услуги при подготовката и управлението на проектното предложение.
