The applicant's farm is located on the land of Shipka, Kazanlak municipality, Stara Zagora district, where perennial fruit plantations are grown: stone plums on an area of ​​6,340 decares and pear pears on an area of ​​6,160 decares. The total managed area is 12.5 decares. The whole farm is located in a mountainous disadvantaged area. The used agricultural properties have a legal basis - a lease agreement. The cultivated crops are registered in IACS. The agro-technical measures related to the process of growing agricultural crops are carried out on time. The candidate manages the cultivation of the crops on his own with the help of his family members. The orchards were established in the spring of 2021. They have not set foot in fruition. So far, the farmer has not used fertilizers for basic fertilization and fertilization of crops. No attacks by diseases and pests have been detected on the farm and no plant protection measures have been applied. It does not have its own equipment and, if necessary, uses external mechanized services for tillage. There are no employees on the farm to carry out the activity at the moment and it is not planned to hire such for the period of the business plan implementation. The economic size of the farm at the time of application is 7989.72 euros standard production volume (SPO).
