The farm has enough agricultural land for its development. No increase in arable land is planned. The farm will be developed only in the field of crop production. An increase in the area with potatoes is planned for the first marketing year. The candidate will start the implementation of the business plan by modernizing the production process by putting into operation a meteorological station. These activities will improve the adaptation of the agricultural holding to market conditions. The cost of production will be significantly reduced. Agriculture will become competitive. With the new volumes of production, an opportunity will be sought for concluding more advantageous contracts for the purchase of the products in bulk. During the first financial year, the applicant is expected to receive a TA 2 consulting package under sub-measure 2.1.2 "Consultancy services for small farmers" of Measure 2 "Consulting services, farm management services and farm replacement services" of the RDP 2014-2020 d. The farmer will declare the regularly managed areas according to the schemes and measures applicable to the farm related to additional support under direct payments and state aid.
