The current project proposal is for the purchase of specialized agricultural machinery for cultivation of 52 hectares of fertile land, on which Laskovi Ltd. grows cereals such as wheat, corn, sunflower. The equipment that the farm needs is:

- Dam
- Plow
- Navigation system
- Mechanical drill
The aim of STEL 13 EOOD is to achieve a more efficient precision agriculture through leading technologies and innovative processes, relying on powerful equipment and an integrated agricultural management system that provide intelligent collection and analysis of data applicable to field planning, inspection of the harvest. This provides farmers with more convenient and efficient options, reduces operating costs, improves crop quality and increases yields.
The modernization and digitalisation of agriculture has the potential to significantly improve life in rural areas and thus increase their attractiveness among the wider population to develop, implement and use these and other high technologies at the local level. In addition, the introduction of automation and robotization of production using high-performance machines and digital technologies is a prerequisite for the farmer to be able to produce better quality products and to organize the work on his farm more efficiently.
It is necessary to invest in the modernization of machines, equipment, applications and web tools for digitalization of agriculture. The goal is to record each processing of each machine and be able to generate it as a coverage map. This information must be able to be visualized and intersected on the other information layers.

СТОЯН МАТЕЕВ ДИМИТРОВ: Подпомага и отговаря за изготвянето на план за протичането на съответния проект и необходимия за това бюджет, координация и подходящо разпределение на човешките ресурси, управление на подизпълнителите, изпълняващи съответната инженерна дейност по проекта и обезпечаване на целите на проекта с оглед постигането им;
Наблюдава и контролира разходите по проекта съгласно предварително одобрения бюджет. Редовно изготвя и представя на техническия директор и Отдел управлени на инженерната дейност доклади за състоянието на проекта - график, приходи, разходи, риск и др.
Участва в подготвянето на оферти и проекто-договори за потенциални клиенти и избор на подизпълнители за тях.
Подпомага и отговаря за изготвянето на детайлна организационна структура и матрица с отговорностите по проекта, възлагане на подходящи задачи и отговорности на отделните членове на екипа, установяване на управленска система и план за обучение по проекта, даване на оценка за представянето на отделните членове на екипа;
Подпомага и отговаря за получаването на предварителен сертификат за приемане на обекта и краен такъв на време, както и за оказване на помощ на лицата отговорни за събиране на плащанията по договора да осъществят тези събираия в съответствие с графика;
Участва в подбора на персонал в отдела. Ръководи и мотивира екипа. Одобрява програми за обучение на служителите;
