As of the date of application, the company Dakar Agro Plus EOOD manages 16,251 decares of agricultural land, on which it grows 7,003 decares of pears, 1.3 decares of apples, 0.1 decares of cherries and 2.9 decares of plums. The pear orchard has been created on old vineyards that have been discarded and uprooted and a procedure is underway to change the way of permanent use. The project envisages that by the date of the inspection, the farm will increase the standard production volume by creating 3,798 decares of pears on the vacant areas in property 32723.32.8 and 32723.32.9.
