The Festival of Pots-Culinary Academy of Dobrudja in its 13 years of existence has become a recognizable brand of Krushari Municipality as a masterful combination of folklore traditions and cuisine.The character of the Festival is unique to Dobrudja,as its philosophy is based on search and reproduction only on authentic local cuisine.Reading groups from the region compete in various categories for the best prepared and presented local food and drinks.The festival focuses on real food,unadulterated by modernity,as one of the specific conditions for the participants is that the dishes are accompanied by receptions.Through this project,the award-winning and most original recipes,collected for more than a decade,will be included in a special culinary album The Culinary Routes of Krushari Municipality,and the same will be accompanied by rich photographic material illustrating the preparation of the food or the final product.The album printed according to the project will contain a study on the specifics of the local Dobrudja cuisine.The album will be richly illustrated with photos from various editions of the Festival, and it will also include the results of a study and research of the peculiarities of the local cuisine in Krushari Municipality in the context of Dobrudja cuisine.The idea of the Festival also includes its presentation to different audiences based on the territorial location.Over the past years,the culinary event has been hosted by the villages of Zimnitsa,Telerig,Koriten,Alexandria and Krushari.Editions of the culinary competition have been held both in village fairs and under the open sky-in forests or in nature near local attractions.Ensuring the logistics of the Festival from the point of view of the necessary material assets-tables for the culinary exhibitions,chairs for participants and visitors,are a problem for us,as organizers.The present project includes supplies of folding wooden tables and chairs to be used during the outdoor festival day.

Подготовка, предпечат и печат на цветен илюстрован кулинарен албум „Кулинарните маршрути на община Крушари“: В рамките на дейността ще бъде изготвен специален кулинарен албум „Кулинарните маршрути на община Крушари“, съдържащ награждаваните и най-оригинални рецепти, събирани повече от десетилетие в рамките на „Празникът на гърнетата-кулинарната академия на Добруджа“ , както и богат снимков материал, илюстриращ приготвянето на храната или крайния продукт. В отпечатания по проекта албум ще бъде поместено изследване за спецификата на местната добруджанска кухня. Албумът ще бъде богато илюстрован със снимки от различни издания на Празника, като в него ще бъдат включени и резултатите от проведено проучване и изследване на особеностите на местната кухня в община Крушари в контекста на добруджанската кухня.

Доставка на сгъваеми маси и столове: В рамките на дейността ще бъдат доставени сгъваеми маси и столове, които ще бъдат използвани при провеждане на „Празникът на гърнетата-кулинарната академия на Добруджа“. Традиционно Празника се провежда всяка година през месец юни на различни места от територията на Община Крушари, като закупените маси и столове ще се ползват при провеждане на фестивалния ден на открито.
