Description

Generator for mixing and steaming cheese: It is used for producing every type of hard and semi-hard cheese. The model with capacity of 50 kilograms has augers which help with the mixing and steaming of the cheese. The augers have bidirectional movement which means the mixing of the product can be done in variety of ways. The cap is automated, and the whole machine is covered in sandblasting coating to prevent the product from sticking. The machine is capable of creating different recipes and also has temperature control, indication of augers rotation, simulation, and a display which shows all the functions on the machine. Machine for moulding of cheese: The product which comes from transfer modul is graded from 200 to 9000 grams with a in advanced setting. The parts which are in contact with the product are from sandblasting coating. The weight of the product is set from the PLC display which is as accurate as more or less than 4 grams. Steam generator for production of steam works at 6 bars and has a capacity of 150 kilograms in an hour and works with electricity. The machine is equipped with all kinds of safety systems and uses minimal electric energy. The system for accumulation of steam and energy softens the working mode of the generator, providing it with a long lasting steam in the tank. Thanks to the PLC control of the machine when minimal need of steam is needed, the generator sends steam from the tank without turning on the system for producing steam.
