The present project aims to show the profitability of the investment undertaken by the company "Dyankovi ASD" Ltd. for the purchase of specialized agricultural equipment for the production of feed for livestock at a total value of BGN 449,005.84, price without VAT. The implementation of the investment intentions of the company will lead to providing conditions for the realization of sustainable economic viability and the creation of sustainable employment in the long term. The main reason for achieving high competitiveness of the livestock farm of "Dyankovi ASD" Ltd. is that the applicant produces the feed necessary for feeding the poultry in the farm by itself. That is why, it is necessary to modernize the available physical capital of the inventory used for the production of the grains needed to prepare the feed for the birds.
Some of the currently available machines and equipment for the production of grain for feed are both technologically and morally obsolete and make it difficult to implement the obligatory for the production process agricultural activities, which have a fixed term and duration. Others - for example, as proposed for purchase of a pre-seeding cultivator, represent a technological innovation for the company, because the farm does not have such a modern pre-sowing cultivator.
