The project proposal is for processing of organic alfalfa produced on the agricultural holding of the Company, as over 75% of the raw material is used in the agricultural holding. Investments in the project include the purchase of a high-tech line for processing organic alfalfa and obtaining the final product chickens for feed. The production technology initially involves the preparation of the raw material that comes from the company's farm. After the preparation of the raw material is fed to the technological facilities for the production of chickens. Organic alfalfa chickens have been in great demand lately due to the fact that alfalfa is quite nutritious for animals, on the other hand, chickens are packaged in smaller packages, are easier to store and accurately dose when feeding cereals. On the other hand, the price at which it will be offered is competitive depending on other similar organic alfalfa products. The main consumption is when feeding the animals, which provides them with quality and clean food. The innovative technology of the equipment that forms the technological line produces products with quite good qualities. The commissioning of the plant improves the competitiveness of primary producers by better integrating them into the agricultural and food chain through quality schemes that add value to agricultural products, promote resource efficiency and support the transition to low-carbon and a climate-resilient economy.
