The candidate under the current procedure is Production Cooperative (PC) Utro from the town of Belene. Registered as a farmer in accordance with Ordinance 3/1999 on the establishment and maintenance of a register of farmers (Government Gazette No. 10 of 1999) without interruption during the last 36 months as of the date of submission of the project proposal, as well as under VAT. The farm cultivates agricultural land in the Belene area, growing grain and oil crops.
Precision agriculture has great potential in developing economic and environmental benefits, which are expressed in the reduction of the use of water, fertilizers, preparations, labor and carried out with more precise and efficient equipment, sparing the soil. The meaning of the approach is to make the right management decisions in agriculture based on the variable characteristics of the field and obtain maximum yields, in sync with environmental protection.
The current project proposal is under selection procedure No. BG06RDNP001-4.012 under sub-measure 4.1.
The investment in the project and the activity contribute to the implementation of:
Priority 2 "Improving the viability of farms and the competitiveness of all types of agriculture in all regions; promoting innovative agricultural technologies and sustainable management' and more specifically: Focus Area 2A 'Improving the economic performance of all agricultural holdings and facilitating the restructuring and modernization of holdings, particularly with a view to increasing market participation and orientation and diversification in agriculture" as well as Priority 4 "Restoration, protection and strengthening of ecosystems related to agriculture and forestry" with an emphasis - Area with an emphasis 4B "Preventing soil erosion and improving their management".

"Закупуване на земеделска техника за прецизно земеделие": Проектната инициатива включва инвестиция, която допринася за ефективни за стопанството технологии, автоматизиране на работните процеси при сеитба, в синхрон с ефективно използване на ресурсите за интелигентно земеделие, съгласно Приложение № 1 в обхвата на дейностите по Инструмента на Европейския съюз за възстановяване (критерий 4.4).
Приложени са изискуемите оферти от избора и са сключени договори с доставчици, съгласно раздел 24.1 от Условия за кандидатстване по процедурата и разходи, отразени в секция Бюджет от ФК.
Предвидено е закупуване на следните активи/услуги:
1. Сеялка за директна сеитба марка Great Plains, модел PL 5500 -1 брой;
2. Консултантска услуга, вкл. Бизнес план и Изпълнение и отчитане на проекта.
