“ARISTON-S” is a manufacturer of high quality women’s clothes with established brands known both on the Bulgarian and the European market. Since 2015 the company has been developing a strategy for expanding its market position by enriching its product portfolio and reaching a wider range of customers. A part of this strategy is the development of a completely new product both for Bulgarian and European market – new women’s jacket for extreme tourism and sport "AdventureS", combining the latest technologies with the textile industry, while offering convenience and modern design. The product is intended for those ladies who practice various types of extreme tourism and need to ensure their safety and security. "AdventureS” is very suitable in this regard, because it has a built-in newest tracking technology (GPS), allowing to find the user’s location in real time, irrespective of climatic and geographical conditions. This mitigates the risk of losing and falling into difficult situations. In addition, the innovative device is equipped with a solar panel for charging mobile devices, which ensures that the user of "AdventureS" would not lose a connection with the world. The product is thermo-, wind- and waterproof, which provides users with reliable protection from adverse weather conditions. The company intends to introduce the innovative product in its product portfolio and to proceed to its mass production. For this purpose it needs the equipment, which it does not have at the moment. In this regard, the management of “ARISTON-S” OOD sees the programme OPIC as a good opportunity to buy the machines that the company needs for the market realization of the "AdventureS".
As a result of the successful implementation of the project, “ARISTON-S” will achieve the following objectives:
- mass production of "AdventureS"
- diversification of the product portfolio
- entering the entirely new market segment and attracting new customers
- increased innovation capacity.

Придобиване на ново оборудване, необходимо за внедряване в производството на иновативния продукт “AdventureS” (ще бъде изпълнена чрез закупуване на оборудването, включено в бюджетни пера 3.1. – 3.7. от т.5 Бюджет): В рамките на тази дейност ще бъде поръчано, доставено и пуснато в експлоатация оборудването, необходимо за внедряване на иновативния продукт “AdventureS” в производството на „АРИСТОН-С“ ООД. То се състои от:
1) Робот за кроене – 1 бр. – необходим за цялостното кроене на иновативното дамско яке за екстремен спорт. Нуждата от такъв робот се обуславя от сложността на кройката на “AdventureS”, която изисква максимална точност при изрязване на детайлите. Роботът ще бъде използван за разкрояване и рязане на всички детайли, необходими за ушиване на иновативното яке за екстремен спорт.
2) Понтериз машина – 1 бр. – необходима за необходими за укрепване на джобовете на якето;
3) Машина за декоративен шев тип „ръчен“ бод – 1 бр. – ще се използва за външните декоративни шефове по якето;
4) Двуиглов петконечен оверлог с полу-суха глава – 1бр. - ще се използва за поръбване на елементите на якето;
5) Шевна машина за единичен сляп бод – 1 бр. – ще се използва за съединяването на отделните части на якето. Този вид машини позволяват прецизната обработка на капризни материи, като високотехнологичната мембрана, от която ще се изработва “AdventureS”, осигуряваща термо-, водо- и вятърозащита.
6) Автомат за изработка на прави/наклонени филетки с капак и без капак – 1бр. – ще се използва за изработката на джобове;
7) Електропарна тясна ютия – 6 бр. – необходими за разглаждане на шевоте в междинното гладене.
На този етап, „АРИСТОН-С“ ООД е специализиран изцяло в производството на дамска конфекция и не разполага с техническото оборудване за изработката на дамски якета за екстремен туризъм. Набавяйки изброеното по-горе специализирано оборудване, ще се осигури техническата обезпеченост на предприятието за стартиране на масовото производство на иновативния продукт. То ще позволи да се получи цялостен завършен производствен процес на “AdventureS“, като същевременно ще се гарантира 100% качество на крайния продукт.
