The project was developed for application under the procedure through the selection of project proposals BG06RDNP001-4.014 under sub-measure 4.2. "Investments in processing/marketing of agricultural products" from measure 4 "Investments in tangible assets" of the Rural Development Program for the period 2014-2020.
It includes the following types of investments:
1. Warehouse for finished products to a mill complex in UPI XIII - 417, square 145 according to the plan of Obnova village, Levski municipality, Pleven district.
2. Installation of a grid CHPP for own consumption with a total installed capacity of 58.32 kWp.
3. Finished product packaging line.
The investment will be made in properties owned by the applicant, for which a notarial deed of ownership has been submitted.
At the moment, the applicant has built a mill complex with the accompanying facilities - raw materials storage - silage farm, workshop for packaging flour in bulk packaging, warehouse for finished products, part of a packaging workshop.
Due to the growth of production, it is necessary to build new storage facilities, a line for packaging flour in small packages. For this purpose, a technical project was drawn up and a construction permit and installation opinion was obtained from the chief architect of Levski municipality.
In order to reduce electricity costs and achieve energy independence, it is planned to place a grid-connected photovoltaic plant with a capacity of 58.32 kWp on the roofs of the existing buildings. For this purpose, a technical project was prepared and an opinion was received for installation from the chief architect of the municipality of Levski.
The main objective of the project is the implementation of new products, processes and technologies in an existing enterprise for the production of flour from cereal crops.
