The project envisages the establishment of a pellet factory in accordance with a technological plan. Machines for the production of wood pellets will be purchased and put into operation for this purpose. The necessary electricity will be provided by purchasing a transformer station that will be owned by the applicant. In connection with the transformer station there was issued an opinion on connection to the power grid and a signed contract with CEZ.
For the implementation of the above activities, three separate auctions were conducted through inquiries sent to different suppliers.
The pellet line is divided into two separate modules  according to the specificity of the specialized equipment, the capabilities of the individual suppliers to provide the necessary machines and the prices they offer. The main part of the pellet line module two will be provided by the company BIMETA DD Ltd. and for the delivery of the crushing complex module one is chosen the company TBM-BG EOOD. The trappost will be purchased from Tilcom Ltd. The listed companies are selected according to the criterion "lowest price". The production building has the necessary infrastructure to connect the machines to the switchgear.
The costs of the construction and repair works in connection with the commissioning of the power transformer substation: excavation works; the creation of a foundation on which the transformer substation will be installed, the laying of the necessary cables and the installation of the transformer substation itself will be carried out entirely by own means.
For the preparation and management of the project, upon its approval, inquiries were made to three different companies offering consulting services for project preparation and management. As a result of the auction, the company Providia-Sofia Ltd was selected according to the "Lowest Price" criterion.
During the implementation of the project eight new jobs will be opened in the field of primary wood processing.
