The project envisages the construction of a new workshop for processing fruits and vegetables by drying in the village of Krumovo. In situational and communication terms, the selected terrain creates conditions for the construction of a workshop of modern type. The site is located in close proximity to existing communication systems and energy sources. Simultaneously with the construction of the workshop, internal rules for good production, hygiene and laboratory practices, the HACCP system for safe food production will be developed and implemented. This will create conditions for the production of competitive products that meet all modern requirements of the markets. "I EX Q - EXCUSE FOOD PRODUCTS" Ltd. was founded in 2016. The company has a main activity code under NACE.BG-2008 "10.39Processing and canning of other fruits and vegetables, excluding ready meals". The main activities of the company will be related to fruit processing and production of dried fruits, and the current investment aims to increase its production capacity. The company has a plot for construction of an enterprise on the land of a municipality. Rhodopes. In order to achieve the production capacity of the enterprise and its potential, this project envisages the construction of a production building, as well as the purchase of technological lines for fruit processing - drying, rehydration, fruit packaging. Through these new investments, the production capacity of the company will be reached and a low amount of costs per unit of product will be achieved. The project will also create new jobs. The company is expected to employ 5 people.
