Kam Fruit AD is developing in the sensitive sector "Fruit Growing", specializing in the cultivation of 142 decares of walnut plantations. The current state of the company in terms of available equipment and attached equipment shows that the applicant does not have the necessary agricultural equipment to cultivate and maintain his farm. the purchase of the following two assets:
1.Tractor brand DEUTZ-FAHR, model 5100 D KAYLINE - the applicant does not have a tractor with which to cultivate his land. Therefore, the need to purchase it is justified and absolutely necessary. The company manages and grows 142 decares of walnuts, which need to be well maintained. A tractor with a power of 92 hp was chosen, which fully meets the needs of the farm. The asset is clearly specified and selected to be fully effective on the company's holding.
2. Mulcher brand FERRI, model MH 230 - the company does not have a mulcher or shredder. For a farm like that of Kam Fruit AD, the mulcher is a major asset, as through its use it will be possible to maintain good inter-row condition in the garden. With the help of mulcher on the soil surface it will be possible to grind and spread the plant remains of the crops, thus creating a layer of mulch.

Организация и изпълнение: Дейността предвижда да организира подаването и отчитането на проекта. Предвижда са основните функции и дейности да бъдат осъществени от ръководителя по проекта, който е и представляващ дружеството. Предвижда се да бъде подаден проект. При одобрение да бъде пристъпено към подписване на договор за финансиране. Следваща стъпка се предвижда изпълнение на подписаните и приложени предварителни договори за земеделска техника, което включва доставка и приемане на земеделската техника- трактор и мулчер и въвеждане в експлоатация. Предвижда се приключване на проектните дейности чрез подаване на заявка за окончателно плащане. При извършване на описаните дейности ще бъдат спазвани принципите за информиране и публичност и изпълнени всички задължения на бенефициента по тях.

Закупуване на земеделска техника и прикачен инвентар- трактор и мулчер: Предвижда се при одобрение да се пристъпи към изпълнение на сключените предварителни договори за закупуване на земеделска техника, тъй като заявената финансова помощ е в размер на 50 % от инвестиционните разходи и не подлежи на процедура за избор на изпълнител.
