The object of investment in the current business plan is the purchase of a tractor with a cab, with a power of 50 hp.  So far, the farmer has used external mechanized services to carry out the mechanized activities in the cultivated orchards.  The deadlines for carrying out all agrotechnical events shall not be postponed, especially when there are frequent precipitation and it is necessary to assess the most appropriate time for entry with agricultural machinery in the plantations. Much-needed agrotechnical events cannot be carried out in the optimum time limits for fruit growing due to dependence on other farmers. 
 With his own agricultural equipment, the farmer will carry out the mechanized activities not only in the optimal times and critical moments, but also with the required number of repeatability. Thus, it will not be dependent on other farmers who have more agricultural machinery. All this requires the purchase of the planned tractor, which is the subject of an investment in the developed business plan.  This will mechanize the farm. Mowing of the grassed area in the orchards, spraying and discoping in the rows will be carried out both with available equipment and with another, which will be rented on a friendly basis, without payment.
The value of a tractor with a cab with a power of 50 hp excluding value added tax /VAT/ is higher than 30 000 BGN, therefore the beneficiary will conduct a procedure for selecting a contractor under PMS No 160, after the conclusion of the administrative contract. The tractor to be purchased is not included in the list of names of the assets, activities and services to which reference costs will apply.
The applicant's farm is located in the town of Yablanitsa, general. Yablanitsa, round 10 Lovech. It is a plant-growing plant, growing fruit gardens with plums on an area of 10,595 decaes, managed meadows on an area of 1,800 decaes and maintained in set-aside 1,599 decaes.
