Project proposal includes starting of sole agricultural production with the planting and growing of 19,3 dka vegetable crops in Kneza city, Kneza municipality, Pleven district region. At that moment the agricultural farm is in biological transition and a controlling company according to item 19 and 20 of the Law for the implementation of the Common Market Organization of agricultural products of the European Union, has passed the first certification check. The candidate will increase its economic farm size with minimum 4000 euro by an appropriate vegetables crop rotation. The candidate will also invest in the purchasing of a machine for seedling and sowing. In the project duration, no new farm worker will be employed.
Lyudmil Valchinkov also takes the obligation to be an active farmer in regards to item 38b of the Farmers assistance act as well as to pass a training environmental prevention course no later than 36 months after now. The candidate has graduated secondary and higher education in the field of agriculture science and more specifically agricultural economics.
