Description

Versatile production cooperation AGROTECHNICASERVICE 94 has been engaged in agricultural activity since 1994. Annually raises 100-120 cattles for meat and 900-1000 sheeps and lambs - for milk and meat. We also have cereals, technical and fodder plots, some of which are used for feeding animals in our farm.
The livestock farm is located in the village of Dabene, municipality. Karlovo. And the cultivated areas are in the village of Dabene and two neighboring settlements.
The financial indicators of the cooperative are good - as the revenues consistently exceed the expenses. Although the profits are reinvested to buy new equipment, modernization is slow and insufficient - we still use 5 tractors manufactured in 1994 and 1998 (high fuel consumption and emissions of harmful gases). In a highly competitive market environment, combined with an economic crisis, this leads to loss of market positions and reduced sales revenue. Agrotechnicaservice 94 has been supported under SAPARD program (2002 and 2004 year) but is not supported under the RDP 2007-2013 and RDP 2014-2020. Therefore, the purchase of equipment under the project is important for the survival and development of the cooperative.
The project envisages the purchase of new tractor and a telescopic loader with a variety of attached equipment (for silage, bales and excavator for manure). The technique will be used for own production of animal feed, for cleaning manure, for decontamination of the farm. The tractor will be used in a small part of the tillage time for cultivation of wheat, corn, triticale and for grass mixtures for production of feed for our own animals
