The present project proposal presents the possibility of financial assistance to the ET "Turhi - Turhut Ismail" under sub - measure 6.4.1. "Investments Supporting Non-Farming Activities" under Measure 6 "Development of Farms and Enterprises" of the Rural Development Program for the period 2014-2020, supported by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development in order to achieve growth in entrepreneurship.
The investment project includes the construction of a Pension for the elderly in UPI VII92, quarter 13, according to the plan of the village of Venets, Karnobat municipality, Burgas region.
The pension for elderly people has 10 rooms with two beds or the total capacity is 20 beds. The project was created, as an alternative, to the so-called old-age homes for the elderly with the only human and noble purpose - to provide such living conditions that the elderly received it to receive care and service at a qualitatively different level with different human attitudes, living environment, nutrition according to the individual health condition and free habitation regime.
A home for elderly people means providing the appropriate level of intervention and support to enable people to achieve maximum autonomy and control over their own lives. It creates a family-friendly environment in which individuals receive the necessary individualized care and support for a relatively independent and independent life. Organizing life and services in the elderly home is aimed at creating the conditions for equal participation of consumers in the life of the local community.
The services provided at the elderly will ensure a quality of life that guarantees the well-being and social exclusion of each person by providing individualized care and support focused on achievable results for service users and living in a family-friendly environment

Предоставяне на социални грижи с настаняване на възрастни лица и хора с физически увреждания чрез изграждане на нов модерен Пансион за възрастни хора : Инвестиционният проект включва изграждане на Пансион за възрастни хора в УПИ VII92, кв.13, по плана на с.Венец, община Карнобат, област Бургас.
Пансионът ще разполага с много по-добри условия на живот на възрастните хора, за предоставяне на социални грижи по обгрижване и обслужване, битова среда, хранене съгласно индивудуалното здравословно състояние и свободен режим на обитаване. Средата за живот ще е близка до семейната, при която лицата ще получават необходимата им индивидуализирана грижа и подкрепа за водене на относително самостоятелен и независим живот.
Предоставяните услуги в дома за възрастни хора ще осигуряват качество на живот, което гарантира благосъстоянието и недопускането на социално изключване на всяко лице, чрез предоставяне на индивидуализирана грижа и подкрепа, фокусирана върху постижими резултати за потребителите на услугата и живот в среда, близка до семейната.
Домът за възрастни хора разполага с 10 бр. стаи с две места или с общ капацитет - 20 места за настаняване, в който ще се осигурят социални грижи и условия на живот на възрастните хора, обгрижване и обслужване с човешко отношение, битова среда, хранене съгласно индивудуалното здравословно състояние и свободен режим на обитаване.
СМР дейности по проектното предложение включват:
- Пансион за възрастни хора-сграда - 751,10 кв.м.;
- Вертикална планировка с площадкови мрежи - 1290 кв.м.;
- Ограда – 245.43 л.м.;
