The project proposal envisages the purchase of agricultural machinery necessary for the modernization of a farm, namely:
1. DISC harrow, with the following characteristics:

- Total permissible weight, 8000 kg.
- Volume, 10 m3
Disk harrow brand "ELVORTI" model Pallada /BDP-3200/ intended for energy-saving pre-sowing soil treatment before sowing grain, technical and fodder crops, for destroying weeds and cutting residues after harvest. The purchased equipment will be used for sowing areas of barley and wheat in the land of Pchelari village, Stambolov municipality. "Skalni Nishi" EOOD will carry out the agrotechnical measures in the described crops with the newly purchased equipment, and all deadlines for agrotechnics and all requirements for the use of the equipment will be observed.
. Cultivator
They can be equipped with a rear-mounted hydraulic wheel loader for moving from transport to working position and vice versa. The excellent cultivation effect is due to the combination of the following working organs:
• leveling board – breaks up the clods and performs an initial leveling of the soil
• loosening working bodies, suspended on spring-loaded posts, arranged in 4 rows - excellent loosening effect, without the risk of their work being blocked by plant residues
• pair of rail toothed rollers – superior leveling and crushing of clods.
3. An OEHLER trailer is intended primarily for transporting grain and fertilizers, as the farm currently does not have one. Trailers are an integral part of the farmyard. that they are no less important part of the technological and production chain "field-farm-storage-market". Moreover, they have long been environmentally friendly and positive towards field and farm hygiene.
High environmental protection requirements have also long been the daily norm in their work with bulk cargo of all kinds.

Закупуване на следната земеделсна техника:

3. Ремарке, със следните характеристики:
- Допустимо тегло – 8000 кг.;
- Дължина – 6,30 м.
- Ширина – 2,40 м.: Закупуване на земеделска техника- Дискова брана , ремарке и култиватор, предназначена за енергоспестяващо предсеитбено обработване на почвата преди сеене на зърнени, технически и фуражни култури, за унищожаване на плевели и насичане на остатъци след жътва.
Посредством култиватора, чрез подравняваща му дъска, буците ще бъдт разбити, също така ще се извършва и първоначално подравняване на почвата.
Разрохкващи работни органи, окачени на пружиниращи стълбци, подредени в 4 реда – отличен разрохкващ ефект, без опасност от блокиране на работата им от растителни остатъци, а двойка шинни назъбени валяци – ще подравняват и раздробяват буците. Всички работни органи са монтирани върху стабилна и твърда рама, която е изработена от кухи квадратни непрекъснати греди, които минават една през друга. Култиваторът може да работи със скорост до 27 км/ч, с което се постига висока производителност, нисък разход на гориво при превъзходна обработка на почвата.
Рмарке, предназначено за зърно и торове, тъй като стопанството не разполага с налично такова.
