The applicant's farm is located in the village of Uglen, municipality. Lukovit region Lovech. It is a livestock breeding farm with 125 bee families. The bee hives are located in a single property of 1,400 acres. Bee families are bred in 10 frame hives by the Lang Stroth Route system. Each hive is numbered as required.
The apiary has a Certificate for registration of animal breeding establishment No 69 / 26.03.2012. plans for mobile beekeeping. The managerial, administrative and production activity is carried out by the farmer. There are no employees employed at the time of application and there are no plans to hire them in the future. There is no accounting in the holding. The farmer does not participate in producer groups or organizations. The farm is not located in a nitrate-vulnerable zone. The property on which the apiary is registered is not subject to erosion. It is not in the sanitary area.
The property on which the beekeeping activity is included in the protected areas "Studenets" BG0000240, for the protection of natural habitats and of the wild flora and fauna included in the list of protected zones adopted by Council of Ministers Decision / 122/2007 . SG, issue 21/2007 /; "Studenets" BG0000240, for the conservation of wild birds, announced by Order No. RD-800 / 04.11.2008 of the Ministry of Environment and Water / SG No. 105 / 09.12.2008 and amended by Order No. RD-67 / 28.01.2013 of the MoEW / SG issue no. 10/2013. The property falls within the boundaries of protected territories within the meaning of the Protected Areas Act.

Увеличаване броят на пчелните семейства, съгласно производствената програма на бизнес плана: Броят на пчелните семейства към периода за проверка ще се увеличи с 40 бр. и ще достигне до 165, като този брой ще се поддържа до края на периода на бизнес плана. Отглеждане на пчелни семейства, съгласно производствената програма на бизнес плана: Земеделският стопанин ще продължи да отглежда пчелните семейства, съгласно производствената програма на бизнес плана и ще реализира пчелен мед. Те ще се отглеждат по конвенционален начин и от 125 броя при кандидатстването те ще достигнат до 165 броя към избрания период за проверка. Този брой ще се поддържа до края на периода на бизнес плана.
