This project proposal is under procedure BG06RDNP001-19.649 of the Pavlikeni-Polski Trumbesh LAG under measure 4.1 "Investments in agricultural holdings", within the Community-Led Local Development Strategy (CLD) of the Pavlikeni-Polski Trumbesh LAG in connection with the implementation of a sub-measure 19.2 "Implementation of operations within strategies for community-led local development" of measure 19 "Community-led local development" of the RDP 2014-2020.
The main objective of the current investment under measure 4.1 "Investments in agricultural holdings" of the Community-Led Local Development Strategy is aimed at: restructuring and development of the available material capacities in the farm, improvement of production material assets, protection of environmental components, improvement of conditions of labor and production conditions, improvement of the quality of the produced products in the livestock farm of the candidate Plamen Varbanov Parishkov, located in the village of Karaisen, commune. Pavlikeni, part of the territory of the Pavlikeni-Polski Trambesh MIG.
The support under the measure is aimed at improving the overall activity of the applicant to increase the efficiency, competitiveness and productivity in the animal husbandry.
The applicant under procedure BG06RDNP001-19.649 is a registered agricultural producer in accordance with the Law on Assistance to Agricultural Producers. Breeds dairy sheep on a livestock farm with veterinary registration number 5230-0008, registered in accordance with Article 137 of the Law on Veterinary Medicine.
The current project envisages the purchase of new equipment for the livestock farm, namely: Tractor brand STEYR, model 4100 Kompakt-1 unit, for which a selection was made with three offers and a contract was concluded with the selected supplier.

"Закупуване на трактор за животновъдно стопанство": Настоящият инвестиционен проект и неговото изпълнение има за цел да бъде внедрена система за повишаване на селскостопанската производителност, обем на продукцията и по-ефективно използване на ресурсите в животновъдно стопанството, находящо се в селски район на Северен Централен район-с Караисен, общ. Павликени- част от територията на МИГ Павликени-Полски Тръмбеш.
Чрез инвестицията в материални активи се цели съкращаването на агротехническите срокове при различните видове мероприятия в стопанството, което ще доведе до конкурентоспособно и устойчиво селско стопанство в хармония с околната среда.
Проектното предложение е насочено към модернизация, подобряване на ефективността и ефикасността в стопанството, като в резултатът от осъществената инвестиция ще се повиши конкурентоспособността на предприятие от сектор Животновъдство на територията на МИГ-а, както и качеството на произвежданата собствена продукция.
С цел обезпечаване на нуждите на животновъдното стопанството при отглеждането на овцете-млечно направление и прибирането на реколтата -за изхранването им, кандидатът е избрал да закупи нов трактор, описан в таблица 1 на БП ( разликата в табл.2 от БП) и в секция 5. Бюджет от ФК в ИСУН.
