The business project and the development strategy envisage increasing the economic size of the farm by at least 2,000 euros SPV by increasing the number of bee families raised by 28. The increase of bee families will take place in the first and second year from the implementation of the business plan to reaching 133, which will be maintained until the end of the supported period. To improve the overall management of the farm, it is planned to purchase and install a video surveillance system in an apiary. In carrying out the agricultural activity the farmer will achieve compliance with the standards of the European Community in the field of safe working conditions.
