Farm will grow in the field of poultry production. The number of laying hens will be reduced to a minimum of 250 during the business plan verification period, but a new activity will start - rearing turkeys for meat - at least 50. Small turkeys will be purchased at the age of one day from Agricultural institute  - Stara Zagora or other licensed hatcheries and will be fattened extensively for a period of about seven to eight months until the necessary weight for sale /6 - 7 kg for females and 9 - 10 kg for male birds/ during the Christmas and New Year holidays, when there is the highest demand for meat from this type of bird. The crop area will remain the same. Rice will be grown throughout the project implementation period. Revenues for the farm will come from direct sales of eggs, fattened turkeys and rice sales. Starting the implementation of the business plan will start in the first business year with the implementation of the activities of raising poultry and crops and repairing the roof of the poultry building and the storage room for feed, in order to prevent leaks and invasion of rodents and wild birds and thus improve the biosecurity of the breeding establishment. The owner will also take a course with a minimum duration of 8 hours in order to prevent or overcome a complicated epizootic situation, including to improve even more biosecurity on the farm. All the requirements of national and European legislation applicable to the economy will be respected.
