The main objective of the project is the purchase and installation of a mobile system for sterilization, freezing and temporary storage. The whole system is a complex equipment skillfully combining a conventional shock freezer with an installed UV sterilization system. In this way, value will be added to the produce harvested from the applicant's garden.
