The Municipality of Devin is applying under sub-measure 7.2 procedure BG06RDNP001-7.020 - Energy efficiency "Reconstruction, repair, equipment and/or furnishing of municipal buildings in which public services are provided, in order to improve their energy efficiency" with the aim of promoting investments in improving the energy efficiency of the "Radost" kindergarten in the village of Gevren, Devin municipality.
The investment in the renovation of the kindergarten, with the aim of achieving energy-efficient measures, will significantly improve the overall infrastructure of the building fund, through the implementation of the following construction and assembly works:
• Replacement of a heating installation with an energy-efficient heat pump.
• Replacement of existing gutters and downspouts.
• Providing an accessible environment for people with disabilities.
• Replacement of windows and doors.
• Laying thermal insulation on facades and roof.
• Roof repairs.
• Roof repair at the visor over the main entrance.
• Installation of autonomous photovoltaic elements on the roof with accompanying repair and remodeling of the existing electrical installation to include them. The new photovoltaic elements are planned to be installed along one slope of the roof.
