The project aims to increase the competitiveness of "PATSTROY - Lovech" Ltd. and reach to external market by increasing production capacity, resource efficiency, modernization and technological innovation.
The expected results of the implementation of the project proposal are:

Provided major project activities are:
Activities for introduction of new technologies aiming at improvement of the resource effectiveness and efficiency of the production process of the enterprise.
• Purchase and Installation of Crushing and screening installation, possessing Electrical system with PLC control for automatic start system and integrated safety functions. Frequency regulation of supply to the machine. Automatic start, stop and emergency sequences and control of operating parameters
Methodology for implementation:
For the project Patstroy-Lovetch Ltd. will form the project implementation team with the task of organizing the technical and financial implementation of the project - according to the Guidance for the implementation of contracts for grants under OP "Innovation and Competitiveness" 2014-2020 and Council of Ministers Decree No. 118 / 20.05.2014.

Дейности за внедряване на нови технологии и подобряване на ресурсната ефективности и ефикасност в производствения процес (ще бъде изпълнена със закупуване и пускане в експлоатация на Трошачно-пресевна инсталация - 1 бр.): Дейността предвижда закупуване и пускане в експлоатация на на Трошачно-пресевна инсталация - 1 бр.
Инсталацията включва:

Чрез внедряването на посочената инсталация предприятието ще има възможност да оптимизира производствените процеси и да намали използването на суровини за еденица продукция. Новата инсталация ще намали енергоемкостта на производството с 8-10 %, ще намали брака на продукцията с 8%, както и запрашаването на околната среда.
Етапи в изпълнение на дейността:
1. Избор на изпълнител: 1-ви - 3-ти месец
2. Сключване на договор: 4-ти - 5-ти месец
3. Доставка и монтаж на Трошачно-пресевна инсталация: 6-ти - 14-ти месец
4. Тестване, прием на доставката и подписване на приемо-предавателен документ: 14-16 месец
5. Пускане в промишлена експлоатация: 16-ти
