The farmer operates on the territory of Balanite, Gabrovo municipality, Gabrovo District. The land is included in the list of mountainous disadvantaged areas. In the current marketing year, 49 are grown on the holding. and managed 47.920 decares of Mary and Pasture. The economic size of the holding is 3582.62 Euro SPO. The livestock object has a capacity of 100 PCs. The DGE and is managed on the basis of a notarized lease agreement for a period of 5 years, which is extended by annex. It is registered in the register of the farms of the OBCH Gr. Gabrovo with veterinary Registration no 53003-0038, new registration no 0234730004. The site meets the animal health requirements for the cultivation of the DGE and its welfare. In order to achieve compliance with the applicable European Union standards relating to the improvement of biosecurity on the holding, the farmer will invest in a fence and create a separate entrance to the holding by building a disinfectant site. The planned investments are in line with ordinance no44 of 20 April 2006 on animal health requirements for holdings and correspond to the activity of the holding, while increasing biosecurity. The activities the applicant intends to carry out in the coming years are linked to an increase in the economic size of the holding, measured in the SPO. The mandatory target of an increase of at least 2000 euro of SPO with only sheep animals will be fulfilled. At the date selected for the verification of the implementation of the business plan the farm will be 8042.62 euros. The number of sheep reared by its own ring activity will be increased. At the time of filing the application for the second payment/2023/the holding will be kept 110 the number of sheep-mothers.
