The applicant manages and cultivates agricultural land with a total area of ​​29,194 decares, incl. other vegetables - spinach - 28,694 decares and others / fallow and other / - 0,500 decares. The farm handles a total of six land plots in the land of Zvanichevo village, Pazardjik, Reg. Pazardzhik. There is a contract with a certifying organization - controlling person, for control and certification under Regulation (EC) 834/2007 and is in transition from conventional to organic production. The applicant will continue to cultivate the agricultural land managed, and in the first 2018/2019 economic year will replace the vegetable-growing spinach cultivated with perennial plantations of plums. This will be realized on the total available area farmed and cultivated by the spinach farm - 28,694 decares. This will increase the economic size of the farm, measured in a minimum of 4000 euros SOP. Thus in the first economic year 2018/2019 the farmer will grow only 28,694 decares plum plantations. This status will be maintained throughout the remainder of the business plan. The planned increase of the holding will be entirely cultivated by perennial plums by biological method, for which a contract / annex with a certification body / controlling person will be concluded for controlling compliance with the rules of organic production. The applicant - a young farmer plans to make an investment by purchasing a motor sprayer. Within 36 months of signing the grant agreement, the farmer will acquire the necessary professional skills and competences by completing a course of 150 hours in the field of agriculture. It will also undergo basic training on environmental protection issues in the agricultural sector. Increasing arable land will lead to the creation of additional employment. Opening a new job and providing additional employment for 1 person. worker, the farmer will implement through employment and full-time employment.
