The current project proposal aims at the development of an entirely plant-growing farm - growing apples and pears. The farmer manages and cultivates with legal grounds - own and leased five land properties with a total area of 9,200 decares, of which arable (used) agricultural area - 8,200 decares. The intentions of the farmer are that in the future the permanent crops will be grown according to the methods of organic production. The applicant's farm is located on the land of the town of Shipka, municipality. Kazanlak, region Stara Zagora. During the implementation of the business plan the applicant plans to increase the area of arable agricultural land by 2,000 decares with apples and 1,000 decares with pears, bring the farm in line with the European Union Standards for phytosanitary requirements and improve mechanization in the farm by providing the necessary machinery and equipment - acquisition of fixed assets, falling within the scope of innovative technologies for the economy. By the selected deadline for checking the implementation of the business plan and the deadline for submitting an application for a second payment, the applicant will acquire the necessary knowledge on major environmental issues in agriculture by receiving a consulting package TA 2 under Sub-measure 2.1.2 of Measure 2 of the RDP 2014 - 2020
