The subject of the investment is the complete construction of the greenhouse, including: frame of hot-dip galvanized metal stoma, coating of polyethylene sheets with dimensions of width 8 meters, length 2.5 meters and height of the top 6.20 meters, gutter height 4 meters and related activities with the construction and delivery amount to BGN 48,895.00 without VAT, as the Sole Trader is registered for VAT and will be refunded. It is expected that the financial assistance under the sub-measure will amount to 70% of the value of the maximum amount of the total eligible costs under the sub-measure for one project BGN 48,895.00. The business plan has been developed for ten years, based on 24,835 decares of arable land, on which perennials will be grown - oil roses and potatoes, and after the construction of the greenhouse will be diversification of crops with tomatoes and cucumbers. The investment is expected to be realized in April 2021.
