Plamen Petrov PA is a natural person registered as an agricultural producer operating in the agricultural sector and in particular in the livestock sector. The candidate has been developing agricultural activity for many years and has extensive experience in the sector. The current investment intention of Plamen Petrov PA is aimed at building a silo base of 3 units. grain storage silos, and an autonomous photovoltaic plant with a capacity of 30 kW located in the PI with id. 54105.20.117 m. "Meralak" in the resort of the village of Osenets, Razgrad Municipality. For the livestock farm in the village of Sadina, a solar park with a capacity of 30 kW has been provided to cover part of the energy needs for pig breeding. Both plants fully meet the energy needs of the farm and will reduce electricity costs. The need to build a silo farm is justified by rising grain prices nationally and globally. This in turn increases the cost of keeping pigs and reduces profits. There are mainly two reasons for the farmer to build a silo base. The first is to be able to buy the required amount of grain - barley, wheat and corn during harvest, when the price is almost always the lowest. On the other hand, the silo with its ventilation and thermal control systems are the best equipment for long and quality storage.
All this will contribute to increasing the competitiveness of the economy. As the production and sale of safe ecologically clean and good quality food will ensure safety throughout the food chain. The purpose of this project is through the planned construction and installation works and equipment to meet the needs of the livestock farm. The planned investments fully correspond to the needs and capacity of the farmer for animal husbandry.

Закупуване, строителство и въвеждане в експлоатация: Текущото инвестиционното намерение на ЗП Пламен Петров е насочено към изграждане на силозна база от 3 бр. силози за съхранение на зърно, като към нея е предвиден и автономна фотоволтаична централа с мощност 30 kW намиращи се в в ПИ с ид. 54105.20.117 м.“Мералък“ по КК на с. Осенец, Община Разград. За животновъдният обект в с. Садина е предивден соларен парк с мощност 30 kW за покриване на част от енергийните нужди за отглеждането на свине. Двете централи напълно отговарят на енергийните нужди на стопанството и ще намалят разходите за ток. Необходимостта от изграждане на силозно стопанство е обоснована от нарастващите цени на зърното в национален и световен мащаб. Това от своя страна увеличава себестойността на отглежданите прасета и намалява печалбата. Причините земеделският производител да изгради силозна база са основно две. Първата е да можа да закупува необходимото количество зърно - ечемик, пшеница и царевица по време на жътва, когато цената почти винаги е най-ниска. От друга страна силозът със системите си за вентилация и термоконтрол са най-добрите съоръжения за дългото и качествено съхранение.
