The investments included in the project proposal are the delivery and installation without pedestals of a new transport system for the supply of raw materials to a plant for pelletizing and packaging sunflower meal from high and low protein flour obtained from the processing of sunflower and meal in an existing mill base at the address: Chirpan, Industrial quarter, "Pirvi May" mill. The proposed transport system is linked to the entire technological process of pelletizing high-protein and high-protein sunflower meal in the form of pellets and complements the initial line for pelletizing and packaging sunflower meal.
An automated system was proposed, which greatly facilitates the production process and increases the productivity of the production, which is mainly aimed for export. The work environment remains clean and safe.
The proposed technological design and scheme are easy to install, use and maintain. The new system has a larger capacity and allows saving electricity and automating the process.
Granules generally have the following advantages over bulk powder products:
- Easy to use by end users;
- They do not pollute the environment;
- Easy to transport in trucks and containers in bulk and packaged form.
Thus palletized and packaged, the product becomes highly concrete capable of domestic and international markets. It is suitable for feeding animals when added for direct consumption. It is also easily used by small, medium and large farmers due to the convenient form of packaging - in cuts of 15, 25 kg. and big runs of 1,200 kg.
The workshop will be able to process 12,900 tons of sunflower and 17,100 tons of sunflower meal on an annual basis at the end of the investment cycle. The technology for obtaining VPSh granules from high-protein flour and NPSh granules from low-protein flour is waste-free.
