Magia 2004 EOOD intends to implement the following investment proposal: commissioning of new technological equipment and change of production activity in a warehouse for fruit preservation and processing in property № 047004 on the territory of the town of Sredets.
Magia 2004 Ltd. plans to carry out fruit storage and processing processes. The investment intention refers to a blue plum processing plant. The premises where the food will be produced and stored will meet the requirements set out in the Bulgarian regulations as well as in the EU regulations.

The final product produced by Magia 2004 Ltd. will be a dried plum. In the beringa season (up to 25-30 days), the plum plum will be dried and then stamped. The goal is to process a maximum quantity of fresh raw material in the short season. After the end of the season follows the rest of the processing.
Processes of processing are carried out one after the other, as is their order:

 Acceptance and storage of fresh plum, providing two cold chambers for this purpose.
 Washing of fresh plums, manual sorting and cutting of trays with a process automation line provided for this purpose.
 Plum plow drying - 6 tunnel dryers are planned.
Collect the dried plum in a box pallet and store in a dry warehouse. To ensure trouble-free storage, the dough is drained to about 18% residual humidity, collecting the plum in the pallet and washing the trays is done in line.
At the end of the season, the dried plum is processed on request and the following processes are performed sequentially:
 Sort plum by size - sorting machine.
 Rehydration of different sizes in single.
 Removing the stone.
➢ Grease the plum with vegetable oil.
 Packing of single and group packs.
 Packaging in boxes.
 Storage and dispatch.
