The project "Construction and equipping of a warehouse with a workshop for electro-hydraulic platforms" includes the construction of a new building for the needs of the company located in the city. Varna Province, Ignatievo The main activity of the company is construction of platforms and systems for duplication of parking spaces, which in high urbanized territories are sought solution for saving space and fulfillment of the normative requirements for parking places at new build tanks Buildings.
The newly designed building is freely located in the property, its shape is rectangular, oriented along the longitudinal axis of the property, as well as the geographical directions of the property. The main pedestrian and road approach was contacted from the west. Parking place for disadvantaged people is foreseen. The project building in functional and silhouette is one-storey and includes painting department, machine room, lathe, plasma, residential zone-dressing room with WC, office, household with a tool closet.
In the new building will be located machines owned by the company, as new purchased will be the only folding press. The production activity is related to the predominant manual work. The development of the construction industry determines the increased demand from electro-hydraulic platforms-automotive platforms and systems for duplication of parking spaces.  The first are used for automatic descent of cars in underground garages, which saves space necessary for a zero cycle approach to the low level. The duplication system allows the same parking space to be used for parking of two cars. The normative requirements for the investors for compulsory provision of a number of parking spaces to each dwelling is the reason for the increased demand of the machines for the purpose of efficient use of the space.
