The project proposal envisages the construction and equipment with a modern automated production line of the destiler for the extraction of rose oil and rose water. This investment seeks to close the cycle - production of raw material - processed production. This will give independence to the farm, because the roseber season is extremely short, and any small deviation from optimal processing gives great reflections in the final financial result.
So far, processing has been carried out on an islet, which is a more expensive option, but the main one extremely uncertain, because the capacity of the distilleries in the ray is limited and often has to wait, which reduces the quality of the oil.
The technological process for the extraction of essential oils is automated by distillation, which is the main way to extract the oils. They are extracted from the raw materials with water vapor, i.e. extract volatile part (oil) from non-volatile solid (raw material).
Distillation is a process of separation of liquid mixtures consisting of volatile aromatic and non-aromatic substances and is based on their different vapour pressures. Distillation technology means evaporation of liquid in one apparatus, condensation of vapour and cooling of condensate in another and collection of the resulting liquid (distillate) in the third.
