Entrepreneurship is a process in which a new activity is started or an existing one is renewed and modernized. Entrepreneurship in rural areas is not an easy process, hampered by the high risk associated with the operation of smaller markets, lack of sufficient capital and insufficient access to business development. The small business sector in rural areas faces additional territorial barriers related to the lower purchasing power of the local population and the stagnation of the economy in these areas.
       Investment support for start-up micro-enterprises and the development of existing ones is an important tool for improving competitiveness and the potential for employment and rural economic development. This support favors their development by creating more jobs, which in turn helps to diversify the rural economy of the regions concerned, which are currently heavily dependent on agriculture.
        Candidate for the current procedure in UMIS with №BG06RDNP001-19.514 is MIAR OOD from the town of Byala Slatina.
        The proposed investment project is under measure 6.4 "Investment support for non-agricultural activities", RDP for the period 2014-2020 in implementation of the approach Community-led local development (CLLD) to the Strategy of the Byala Slatina LAG.
       The project proposal envisages the purchase of machinery and equipment for the production of PVC windows in an existing workshop, located in a building with identifier 07702.501.4343.2, Byala Slatina, 4 Zahari Stoyanov Str. For this purpose, a Lease Agreement was concluded for the premises on 09.03.2021. A technological project has been prepared, based on an assignment of the investor. In the developed technological project are set solutions in accordance with the required sequence and the implementation of basic types of activities / processes in the workshop for the production of PVC windows.
