The project envisages repair of the roof structure of the Community Center Stefan Karadja-1936 in the village of Telerig,located at 205Square, quarter 14 according to the plan of the village of Telerig,Krushari municipality, with a built-up area of 510sq.m. and total area of 1530sq.m.The construction and repair works include major repairs of the roof structure with an area of 653.78sq.m,as follows:opening of the roof structure,complete removal of the old structure,construction of new floor and roof structures,replacement of load-bearing beams and columns,installation of under-roof insulation,overlapping of the roof area,dismantling and installation of lighting fixtures together with construction of a new installation for lighting,construction of a new lightning protection installation,other finishing construction and repair works.Krushari Municipality applies for grants to the Tervel-Krushari LAG and the State Fund Agriculture under the Rural Development Program 2014-2020 through the approach Community-led local development under the Procedure for selection of project proposals in UMIS 2020 №BG06RDNP001-19-548 LAG Tervel-Krushari and sub-measure 7.2 Investments in the creation,improvement or expansion of all types of small-scale infrastructure in the amount of BGN 264,563.37 without VAT.The requested amount will be used to finance part of the construction and installation works planned under the CC under the project Overhaul of the roof of the community center-Telerig village,located in Sq.205,quarter 14 according to the plan of Telerig village, Krushari municipality, in the following parts - part Structural, part Architectural and part Electro.The other types of works by the Constitutional Court on a technical project will be financed from the budget of the Municipality of Krushari. The value for their implementation is BGN 105,096.96 without VAT.The total area of the roof, provided for implementation under the technical project, amounts to 653.78 sq.m.

Изпълнение на дейностите по сключеният договор по реда на ЗОП: След избора на изпълнител по ЗОП и съгласуване на проведената обществена поръчка от страна на ДФЗ ще се пристъпи към реалното изпълнение на договора за изпълнение на строителството, предмет на инвестицията. В рамките на договора ще се извърши основен ремонт на покривна конструкция с площ 653,78 кв.м, както следва: разкриване на покривна конструкция, цялостно премахване на старата конструкция, изграждане на нови подова подпокривна и покривна конструкции, подмяна на носещите греди и колони, поставяне на подпокривна изолация, препокриване на покривната площ, демонтиране и монтиране на осветителни тела заедно с изграждане на нова инсталация за осветлението, изграждане на нова мълниезащитна инсталация, други довършителни строително-ремонтни работи.
