The current investment project for the construction of a fruit and vegetable processing plant, including the following finished products - chopped cucumbers, frozen strawberries and chopped frozen organic pepper, applications for financial assistance under Sub-measure 4.2 "Investment in processing / marketing of agricultural products" under the Program for Rural Development (RDP) for the period 2014-2020, supported by the European Agricultural Funds corresponds to the main objective of the measure - improving the overall activity of enterprises in the processing industry, introduction of new technologies, increasing production capacity.
The current business plan aims to show the profitability of the investment in the eligible sector "Fruits and vegetables, including mushrooms". The products - sliced ​​cucumbers, frozen strawberries and chopped frozen organic pepper, as well as raw materials - edible vegetables and fruits are described in Annex №1 under Article 32 of the EC Treaty.
The intentions of "C Yo" Ltd. is to be known for offering high quality frozen products and sliced ​​cucumbers on the Bulgarian, European and overseas markets. The company strives to be a leader in the production of frozen fruits and vegetables.
The mission of "Si Yo" Ltd. is to produce its own quality products using traditional Bulgarian varieties of cucumbers and the introduction of new technologies in order to increase the competitiveness of the company.
