The candidate Elena Atanasova Razsipiyska was born in 1988. The candidate's knowledge in the field of agriculture is significant due to the completed higher education and additional professional qualification.
Elena Razsipiyska was registered as an agricultural producer on February 5, 2021. The candidate grows perennial plum plantations in the land of the village of Bagrentsi, municipality. Kyustendil on an area of 29,908 decares. The properties are owned on the basis of lease agreements, concluded respectively on 15.01.2021. (term of the contract 7 years) and 27.01.2022. (term of the contract 10 years) and registered in the Registry Office. The plantations are "Stanley" variety, all of them are fruit-bearing, except for 2,850 decares - property 02138.14.7 in the village of Bagrentsi, Kalimanets locality, which is about to be fruited.
The project proposal envisages an increase in the economic size of the farm by BGN 9,171 (EUR 4689.06), which will be achieved by expanding the arable land with perennial plum crops by 9 decares. This will be done in the second economic year from the start of the project by renting out fruit-bearing plantations. Thus, the total area of the farm will reach 38,908 decares, all with perennial plums.
For the purpose of precise fertilization of perennial plum plantations, the project envisages the purchase of an innovative Horned fertilizer for direct fertilization in the soil, which will be extremely useful for productivity in the applicant's farm. The investment falls within the scope of innovative technologies for the economy according to Annex № 10, item 1.4.4. The purchased asset will ensure precise fertilization of the plantations and will increase the efficiency of agricultural cultivation on the applicant's farm.
The applicant plans to increase employment on the farm by 1 worker, which will be done by carefully selecting from the free labor force in the region, which has the necessary skills to cope with the specific tasks.
