The project proposal is for "INGILIZ TRADE COMPANY" LLC from the town of Peshtera, which falls within the territory of the protected areas under the Natura 2000 National Ecological Network. It is oriented towards the purchase and commissioning of equipment for production of environmentally friendly soles for boots with a production capacity of 264 000 pairs of soles a year.
These soles, also called "spines", are one of the very essential and important basic structural elements of each shoe. They are placed between the upper part and the soles of the feet and bear all the forces acting in the walking process. 

To be able to effectively and competitively execute the planned program for the production of soles, the recommended equipment of seven machines stated in the technology project will be purchased: Guillotine for cutting of raw material, Bonding machine for injection of water-based glue of volumetric parts, Band saw for detailing of parts, Crusher, Water-based glue injection machine, Blowing machine and Cutting machine, with appropriate technical and functional characteristics. 
The production process is innovative and environmentally friendly as hazardous substances used in for soles’ production will be replaced with harmless water-based adhesives instead of harmful to the environment and health acetone based adhesives.
The implementation of the planned production program envisages the opening of 10 stable workplaces mainly for the operators of the respective machines from the technological equipment.
The developed business plan shows that the project is economically justified and sufficiently low-risk and therefore suitable for practical realization.
