Object of the project LAG - Gotse Delchev - Garmen - Hadzhidimovo, Measure 2-4.2 “Support for investments in processing, marketing and / or development of agricultural products” is a Modular milk processing facility with a capacity of 500 l. modular construction of a milk processing facility with the main purpose to expand the production area in accordance with the new products and to expand the warehouse refrigeration base. The site is intended for installation in the village of Musomishta property 003007 in the land of the village of Musomishta, Kerimidarka locality EKTTE 49432 in advance coordinated with the RFSD and Ch. municipality architect, playground.
The working hall / module / is 3.40 x 6.80 m in size and 2.70 / 2.90 m high. The total occupied area is 23.00 sq.m.
The module subject to this project is intended for the processing of own-milk milk to the following end products:
• Irean
• Cow butter
• Fresh pasteurized milk.
The applicant has been approved for the project under item 4.2 "Investments in processing / marketing of agricultural products" by the RDP. The object of the project is a modular milk processing plant and a cutting plant. The same was put into operation on the farm. The applicant has the protected European mark "My health":

The dairy does not provide for the processing of external milk. After the modular milk processing unit has been put into operation, the production program of the processing plant will include in its part concerning milk processing:
• Cheese;
•	Cheese;
•	Yoghurt;
• Irean;
• Cow butter;
• Fresh pasteurized milk.

The modular enterprise model won a gold medal for innovation at the AGRA 2010 exhibition in Plovdiv.
At present, 3 people are employed in the production activity, one of which is the working owner. Once the project is completed, another full-time employee will be hired.
