For over 120 years NATIONAL CHITALISHTE "IZGREV - 1900" PAVEL village is the only cultural institution in the village. The efforts of the Chitalishte management have always been aimed at preserving the cultural and historical heritage of the village, organizing and holding various cultural, educational and other events in the village, which recreate customs while preserving traditions and culture over the centuries. Over the years, many holidays have been organized under the roof of the community center. The scene of the so-called a large hall was used for theater performances, celebrations of various anniversaries, events from the cultural calendar of the village, as well as for film screenings, because here was located the local cinema.Sophisticated stage equipment with minor adjustments and corrections can be used in the future. But the curtains, leggings and spotlights themselves are in very poor condition. Izgrev - 1900 Community Center is applying for the second time under Measure 01 and the current project "Preservation of Cultural Heritage - Mission Possible - Responsible to the Generation" upgrades the objectives of the first. With this project we are applying to the LAG Pavlikeni - Polski Trambesh, as a continuation of the previous project, with the desire to finish what we started in time and try to preserve what has been preserved over time.The project activities envisage the purchase of stage curtains, which will be used in various cultural and information events, during which all residents of the village - small, large and even larger, as well as guests will be able to benefit from the spirit of the past and strengthen their national self-consciousness.

Закупуване на сценични завеси: НЧ „Изгрев – 1900” за втори път кандидатства по Мярка 01 и настоящият проект „Запазване на културното наследство - мисия възможна – отговорни към поколението“ надгражда целите от първия. В тази връзка проектът предвижда закупуване на сценични завеси, които ще бъдат използвани при провеждането на различни културни и информационни събития, по време на които всички жители на селото - малки, големи и още по-големи, както и гостите, ще могат да почерпят от духа на миналото и затвърдят народностното си самосъзнание.
Изпълнението на настоящата дейност е свързано с доставка на сценични завеси, както следва:
1. Завеса централна двойна 1 бр.
2. Софита за централна завеса 1 бр.
3. Крачоли (порталки) 4 бр.
4. Софити 2 бр.
5. Завеса задна 1 бр.
6. Завеса странична 2 бр.
Със закупуването на сценичните завеси, изпълняваме основната идея на проекта, а именно съхраняване на местната идентичност чрез възстановяване и опазване на културното наследство. Придобиването на сценичните завеси ще спомогне при организирането и провеждането на различни културни, образователни и други събития в селото за поне 5 години.
