The applicant's farm is located on the land of the village of Rozovo, Kazanlak municipality, Stara Zagora district, where perennial crops are grown: an oil-bearing rose on an area of 14,198 decares. The used agricultural properties are owned by the applicant and managed with a lease agreement. The cultivated crops are registered in IACS. All the necessary plant protection measures for pest control are carried out in the plantations. There are no employees in the farm for the implementation of the activity at the time of application and it is not planned to hire such for the period of implementation of the business plan. The economic size of the farm at the time of application is 7244.80 euros standard production volume (SPO).
