The project proposal by Nikolay Vanev by sub-measure 4.1.2. "Investments in agricultural holdings by Thematic Subprogram for the development of small farms" of measure 4 "Investments in tangible assets" includes the purchase of seedlings for and buying propagating material for planting 12.672 dk of apples and 3.168 dk and delivery and installation of concrete stakes and fasteners for them to establishing a permanent crop a tractor with cabin brand FOTON, model TE354C, 35 hp. The total value of the project's investments amount to BGN 48895,00 with VAT. Financial assistance is expected under the sub-measure to be in the amount of 60% of the total eligible costs. The business plan has been developed for ten years, on the basis of 52,180 dk of arable land, on which will be grown perennials - apples and pears, vegetables - tomatoes-greenhouses, cucumbers and pepper - outdoor production, celery and alfalfa. The choice of agricultural machinery is consistent with the size of the arable land as well as the nature of production and the needs of the farm.
